Medium Temperature Resistance Wires

A comprehensive range of diamond drawn, precisely controlled, resistance materials for medium temperature heating has been available from LEONI Temco for a number of years.

Our copper alloy wires have resistivity values spanning a large range, allowing the user to choose an alloy in conjunction with diameter to suit their particular need. For heating applications, e.g. underfloor heating, electric blankets and industrial heating jackets we recommend that you consider our wide range of Copper Nickel alloys.

• All resistance alloys are available in the stranded and bunched form to customers own specifications.
• Special tolerances on electrical resistance are available on request.
• Some resistance alloys can be electro plated for higher temperature applications, improved corrosion resistance and improved solderability.
